The storage bucket is the shared file area for an organization or workspace.

What you can do
Use the bucket to: - upload supported files - create folders - move files - download files - delete files - watch storage usage against the plan limit
Upload limits
If an upload is blocked, check the file type, file size, and storage limit. Your plan may need more storage before the upload can finish.
In Marketing Operations, open the paperclip and choose Bucket to attach these files to a conversation. Operations can read attached PDF and image content to ground the next steps.
