Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Goatzilla. If you use Goatzilla on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for activity under your account, and for ensuring that users you invite or administer comply with these Terms.

Goatzilla provides software for marketing operations, including workspace and organization management, campaign planning, creative generation, provider integrations, and related workflows. Features may vary by plan, workspace configuration, connected providers, and release stage.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or preview features may be less reliable and are provided as-is.

Paid plans, trials, usage limits, and billing terms are presented during signup or in-product checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts according to the plan you select.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the billing flow and plan terms presented at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• use Goatzilla for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as permitted by law;
• upload malware or content that violates third-party rights or applicable advertising policies;
• use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications outside permitted product workflows.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Goatzilla, including campaign data, catalog information, creative assets, and messages. You grant Goatzilla a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content solely to provide and improve the service, including operating integrations you authorize.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and to connect advertising accounts on behalf of the applicable business.

Goatzilla integrates with third-party services such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, policies, and approval requirements. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy enforcement, ad disapprovals, spend, or account suspensions imposed by a provider.

Goatzilla may generate recommendations, drafts, creatives, or operational suggestions using automated systems. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing campaigns, spending media budget, or relying on them in business decisions. AI features do not replace your judgment or compliance obligations.

Goatzilla, including its software, branding, documentation, and site content, is owned by Goatzilla Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We design Goatzilla with attention to responsible use of automation and data handling. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and industry rules in the regions where you operate campaigns.

Goatzilla is intended primarily for users in Canada and the United States. You represent that you are located in a supported region and eligible to use the service. We may restrict access from other locations at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. You may stop using Goatzilla at any time and may request account deletion through available account settings or support channels, subject to retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goatzilla Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Goatzilla in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
