Goatzilla Technologies ("Goatzilla," "we," "us," or "our") provides a marketing operations platform that includes account management, workspace collaboration, campaign workflows, creative generation, and integrations with advertising providers such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our applications, or contact us.

By using Goatzilla, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account and identity information: name, email address, password (stored using industry-standard hashing), phone number if provided, timezone, language, and other profile details you choose to add.
  • Organization and workspace data: organization name, membership, roles, invitations, and workspace settings needed to operate multi-team environments.
  • Billing and subscription information: plan selection, billing contact details, and payment-related metadata processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Product usage and content: campaign plans, catalog data, creative assets, operational session content, configuration choices, and other data you submit while using Console, Marketing, and related product surfaces.
  • Connected provider information: when you connect Google, Meta, TikTok, or other integrations, we receive account identifiers, tokens, and campaign or asset data authorized by you through the provider's consent flow. We use this data to sync, display, and act on your behalf within the product.
  • Communications: messages and attachments you send through contact, sales, or support forms, including screenshots you choose to upload.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, device information, authentication logs, session identifiers, cookies, and similar data used to secure the service and diagnose issues.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • create and administer accounts, organizations, and workspaces;
  • authenticate users, enforce access controls, and protect against abuse or fraud;
  • provide, maintain, and improve Goatzilla features, including AI-assisted planning and creative workflows;
  • process subscriptions, invoices, trials, and usage limits;
  • connect to and operate third-party advertising platforms you authorize;
  • respond to support requests, sales inquiries, and product communications;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use;
  • analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve reliability and product design.

3. AI and Automated Processing

Goatzilla uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to help generate plans, recommendations, creatives, and operational suggestions. Outputs are based on information you and your team provide, connected provider data, and product context. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it in live campaigns or external communications.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, send email or SMS, provide analytics, or otherwise help us operate the service, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Advertising platforms you connect, when you direct us to create, update, sync, or publish campaigns or assets through those platforms.
  • Other members of your organization or workspace according to the roles and permissions configured in the product.
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. International Processing

We may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on data type, workspace lifecycle, and whether you delete your account or request removal of specific content.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
