Trial access

New organizations often start on a trial. Trial includes essential product access with lower resource and usage caps than the paid plan you select after trial. When trial ends or payment fails, protected product areas may redirect to billing or plan selection so an administrator can upgrade or fix payment.

What billing affects

Your plan can affect:

how many workspaces your organization can use
storage limits
creative generation limits (images and video credits)
Operations and research usage capacity
whether some product pages stay available when the subscription is past due or canceled

Credit packs (for example extra video credits) are separate from the subscription — buy them from Billing when you need more than the monthly allotment.

Managing your plan

Open Console
Go to Billing for current plan, status, renewal, and usage
Use Plans to compare Starter and Professional and change plans
Use Manage billing for the Stripe portal (payment method, invoices, tax, cancellation)

Enterprise changes go through sales.
